My sister, Nancy H., knit a scarf for my son's birthday and I wanted to show it off. The design was inspired by the Japanese knitters. Here is a Pinterist link to samples of Japanese knitting. I bought the Alpaca yarn from our guild member Sandy at the April joint meeting. It is from their Alpacas and is as soft as silk. Nancy created the bottom fringe from her own design.
